Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy

All products sold on dihting.com are offered as one-time purchases only. We do not offer subscriptions, pre-orders, or "try before you buy" purchases.

1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been shipped. Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. To cancel, please contact us at support@dihting.com with your order number as soon as possible.

2. After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead request a return after delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy (30-day return window).

3. Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or product information, or if fraud is suspected. If we cancel an order, any payment already made will be refunded in full.
