1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 3-7 business days
- Canada, Europe, United Kingdom: 7-15 business days
- Other regions: 10-20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, holidays, or weather conditions. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control once the package is handed to the carrier.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order. Any applicable promotional shipping offers will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package on the carrier's website using this number.
5. International Shipping and Customs
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, or because the package was unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
