Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, undamaged, and in their original condition;
- In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included.
Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer may not be eligible for a full refund. Gift cards and clearance items are final sale.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@dihting.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged in transit, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days of inspection.
6. Refund Arrival Time
After a refund is processed, it generally takes up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item and would like an exchange instead of a refund, please contact us at support@dihting.com and we will arrange a replacement where stock is available.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 7 business days of the approval notice, please first check with your bank or payment provider, then contact us at support@dihting.com.
